The Colin A. Ross Research Foundation received 501(c)3 tax exempt status from the IRS in early August, 2013 and is now able to accept tax-deductible donations to support research.

The focus of the Foundation's research will be on psychological trauma and dissociation. All research will be for publication in professional journals and presentation at conferences and workshops.

In the future, the Foundation may also fund research in other areas of psychiatry and medicine. It is not expected that the Foundation will award any grants to outside investigators for at least a number of years.
